Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung wässriger Lösungen von N-Acyl-Aminosäuren. Das Verfahren erfordert keine Isolierung eines Feststoffes und ergibt Lösungen mit einem geringen Gehalt an Verunreinigungen. Weiterhin umfasst die Erfindung die entsprechenden wässrigen Lösungen von N-Acyl-Aminosäuren, sowie deren Anwendung in kosmetischen und pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen.The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of aqueous solutions of n - acyl - amino acids.
