The present invention relates to a manufacturing method a folding mask pack which can reduce costs by not using a release paper and is easy to use, and an apparatus thereof. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a sheet member roller which unwinds a roll of the sheet member and discharges the same in a flat manner； a dispenser which applies cream of a predetermined function to one surface of the flat unwound sheet member； a knife leveler to evenly dispense the thickness of the dispensed cream； a sheet folding part folding the cream applied sheet member in half； a folded sheet member winding roller winding the sheet member folded in half in a roll form； an aging chamber for aging the roll of the wound folded sheet member under predetermined conditions； a folded sheet member roller which unwinds the roll of the aged folded sheet member and discharges the same in a flat manner； and a punching machine for punching the folded sheet member into a mold and discharging the same into an individual mask pack. Since the manufacture of the mask pack does not use the release paper, a process is simplified, and less raw materials lower manufacturing costs. The release paper is not peeled off when using, thereby being convenient to use.본 발명은 이형지를 사용하지 않아 원가를 절감할 수 있고 사용이 편리한 폴딩 방식의 마스크팩 제조 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 장치는 시트부재의 롤을 풀어 편평하게 배출하는 시트부재 롤러； 편평하게 풀린 시트부재의 일면에 소정 기능의 크림을 도포하는 디스펜서； 디스펜싱된 크림의 두께를 일정하게 고르는 나이프 레벨러； 크림이 도포된 시트부재를 반으로 접는 시트 폴딩부； 반으로 접혀진 시트부재를 롤 형태로 권취하는 폴딩 시트부재 권취 롤러； 권취된 폴딩 시트부재의 롤을 소정 조건에서 숙성시키는 숙성실； 숙성된 폴딩 시트부재의 롤을 풀어 편평하게 배출하는 폴딩 시트부재 롤러； 및 폴딩 시트부재를 금형으로 펀칭하여 개별 마스크팩으로 배출하는 펀칭 머신을 포함한다.본 발명에 따르면, 마스크팩 제조시 이형지를 사용하지 않으므로 공정이 단순해지고 원자재가 적게 들어 제조 원가를 낮출 수 있으며, 사용시 이형지를 벗겨낼 필요가 없으므로 사용이 편리한 효과가 있다.
