PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating mask to excellently adhere onto skin.SOLUTION: The heating mask 1 includes: a mask body 2 for covering at least a part of a face and sheet shape heat generators 3 arranged on the skin abutment surface 2a of the mask body 2. The mask body 2 is extensible and connected to the sheet shape heat generators 3 via link members 7 which are raised from the skin abutment surface 2a when the mask body 2 is extended.
