Second data indicates the result for each second item constituting the second group of items. The second data indicates the result for each second item for the employee. An input unit receives, as inputs, at least one first item and at least one second item, as specification items. An output control unit controls outputs to an output unit such that the output unit outputs a graph showing the results for each specification item. The graph includes the first data and the second data. The position of the result for each specification item on a time axis is aligned with the position of the results for the other specification items.
