摘要：: The present invention relates to a composition with excellent soothing activity and significant and long lasting hydrating effect on skin and its use for soothing the skin. The composition comprises a hydrophilic complex containing a Rosa centifolia flower extract with significant soothing activity, although the Rosa centifolia flower extract is contained in the composition in very small amounts.
