The present invention relates to an expandable wire passer, in which a length extending part is configured to be pulled out to the outside of a steel wire guiding part by the operation of a position adjusting part, or is configured to be positioned inside the wire guiding part, and thus when the length extending part is positioned inside the wire guide part, the wire guide part can be positioned so as to easily surround the bone, and when the length extending part is positioned on the outer side of the wire guide part, the end of the length extending part is positioned to face the direction of an operator, and thus the operator can easily catch a wire which has passed through the length extending part beyond the wire guide part.본 발명은 확장 가능한 와이어 패서에 관한 것으로, 위치조절부의 조작에 의하여 길이확장부가 강선안내부의 외측으로 빠져 나오도록 구성되거나 또는 강선안내부의 내부에 위치되도록 구성되므로, 길이확장부가 강선안내부의 내측에 위치되면, 강선안내부가 뼈를 용이하게 감싸도록 위치시킬 수 있고, 길이확장부가 강선안내부의 외측에 위치되면, 길이확장부의 단부는 시술자 방향을 향하도록 위치되어, 시술자는 강선안내부를 지나 길이확장부를 빠져나온 와이어를 용이하게 잡을 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
