PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capture appliance of a foreign substance in a body cavity capable of capturing even a large foreign substance by easily and closely attaching a basket to the inner periphery of the body cavity and improving capture properties of the foreign substance, and easily discharging the captured foreign substance from the basket.SOLUTION: A capture appliance 10 of foreign substances in body cavities includes: a tube 15 an operation wire 20 a plurality of skeleton wire rods 30 spreading radially and a basket-shaped resin cover 40 having an open base end side. A distal end side of a part which the cover 40 of the respective skeleton wire rods is fixed to, with the plurality of skeleton wire rods 30 radially spread, includes a recessed curved part 35 approximating to the outer face of the distal end side of the cover 40. When the operation wire 20 is further pulled towards a base end side with respect to the tube 15, the recessed curved part 35 of the skeleton wire rod 30 is configured to push the outer surface at the distal end side of the cover 40.
