The present invention discloses a substituted phthalazone, wherein the substituted phthalazone is a compound represented by formula (I). The invention further discloses a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound, or a crystalline form, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, prodrug, tautomer, stereoisomer, isotopic isomer, hydrate, or solvate thereof, and an application of the pharmaceutical composition. The phthalazone and composition comprising the phthalazone disclosed by the invention exert excellent inhibition of a poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase. The invention provides excellent pharmacokinetics and raises an in vivo drug concentration of the compound, thereby improving the therapeutic efficacy and safety of a pharmaceutical product.La présente invention concerne du phtalazone substitué, le phthalazone substitué étant un composé représenté par la formule (I).
