<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Saeng-Maek-San extract having an anti-fatigue effect, an effect of decomposing alcohol, an effect of lowering blood cholesterol and neutral fat levels, an effect of activating liver function, and an antioxidant effect; to provide a Saeng-Maek-San Tofu using the extract; and to provide a method for producing the same. <;P>;SOLUTION: Distilled water is added to a mixture constituted from Ophiopogon japonicus, Schisandra chinensis, Kibanaogi, red ginseng, and pumpkin, and the resultant mixture is heated and then filtered with gauze. The filtrate is centrifuged at a speed of 5,000-8,000×;g for 10-30 min with a centrifuge. The extraction product is heated to a temperature of 95-130°;C or 2-5 h in an unglazed pottery vessel to prepare a concentrate, and this concentrate is made into a Saeng-Maek-San extract of a weight ratio of the constituents: Ophiopogon japonicus, Schisandra chinensis, Kibanaogi, red ginseng, and pumpkin weight ratio of 10:10:8:(1-2):(7-8), and soybean milk is added to the Saeng-Maek-San extract to obtain a Saeng-Maek-San Tofu. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
