Offenbart wird ein transdermales therapeutisches System zur Verabreichung eines Wirkstoffs durch die Haut umfassend:a) eine Rückschichtb) ein auf der Rückschicht befindliches Reservoir, umfassendb1) eine erste Schicht, enthaltend Wirkstoff, zumindest einen Gelbildner, zumindest einen Weichmacher und ein erstes Polyisobutylen undb2) eine zweite Schicht, enthaltend Wirkstoff, zumindest einen Gelbildner, zumindest einen Weichmacher und ein zweites Polyisobutylen,wobei das Polyisobutylen von dem zweiten Polyisobutylen verschieden ist,wobei zumindest die erste Schicht ungelösten Wirkstoff in Form von Wirkstoffpartikeln enthält undwobei der Wirkstoff Fentanyl oder ein Analogstoff des Fentanyls ist.Transdermal therapeutic system (I) comprises a backing layer (1), and a reservoir, located on the backing layer, comprising a first layer (2) containing an active substance, at least a gelatinizing agent, at least an emollient, and a first polyisobutylene, and a second layer (4) containing an active substance, at least a gelatinizing agent, at least an emollient, and a second polyisobutylene that is different from first polyisobutylene, where the first layer contains an undissolved active substance in the form of active substance particles, and the active substance is fentanyl or its analog. An independent claim is included for preparing (I), comprising applying a first mixture with the components of the first layer and optionally one or more solvents on the backing layer, optionally separating the solvent, applying a second mixture with the components of the second layer and optionally one or more solvents on a release layer and optionally separating solvent, optionally applying a membrane on the first or second layer and laminating the first and second layers.
