A sheet to be positioned under a patient to treat or mitigate formation of pressure sores includes a first layer of sheeting and an inflatable component secured to the first layer of sheeting. The inflatable component at least partially encloses a region exterior to the inflatable component and will relieve pressure from a portion of the patients body when the region that the inflatable component at least partially encloses is positioned under the portion of the patients body and the inflatable component is inflated.
