To provide a kind of continuous automatic putamen separator that comprises mainly a carrying-in module, a fruit transport module, a putamen extraction module and a transportation flesh measurement module, and a putamen can automatically be extracted from fruit by the above structure, resulting in labor cost reduction and benefit increase.SOLUTION: A continuous automatic putamen separator comprises a frame, a carrying-in module, a fruit carrying module, a putamen extraction module and a transportation flesh inspection/measurement module. The carrying-in module transports multiple fruit to the fruit carrying module. The fruit carrying module displays multiple pieces of fruit one by one, transports them to the putamen extraction module, performs putamen extraction, and transports the flesh after the extraction to the transportation flesh inspection/measurement module.
