Disclosed are an antigen-binding molecule that comprises a saccharide chain receptor-binding domain and has a weak antigen binding activity at the pH in an early endosome when compared to the antigen-binding activity at the pH of plasma； a pharmaceutical drug composition comprising the antigen-binding molecule； and a method for producing the same. By using the antigen-binding molecule of the present invention, it is possible to promote uptake of the antigen in a cell, increase the number of antigen with which the antibody of one molecule can bind, promote a reduction in antigen in plasma by administration of antibody, and prolong pharmacokinetics of the antibody.Cette invention concerne une molécule se liant à l'antigène qui comprend un domaine de liaison aux récepteurs de type chaîne saccharidique et possède une faible activité de liaison à l'antigène au pH d'un endosome précoce comparativement à son activité de liaison à l'antigène au pH du plasma ； une composition pharmaceutique comprenant la molécule se liant à l'antigène ； et son procédé de production. L'utilisation de la molécule se liant à l'antigène selon l'invention permet de faciliter l'absorption de l'antigène dans une cellule, d'augmenter le nombre d'antigènes avec lequel l'anticorps constitué d'une molécule peut se lier, de favoriser la réduction des antigènes plasmatiques par administration de l'anticorps, et de prolonger la pharmacocinétique de l'anticorps.糖鎖受容体結合ドメインを含み、血漿中でのｐＨにおける抗原結合活性と比較して早期エンドソーム内でのｐＨにおける抗原結合活性が弱い抗原結合分子、ならびに当該抗原結合分子を含む医薬組成物、およびそれらの製造方法が開示される。本願発明の抗原結合分子を用いることにより、抗原の細胞内への取込が促進されるとともに、１分子の抗体が結合できる抗原の数を増加させることが可能になり、抗体の投与により血漿中の抗原減少を促進するとともに、抗体の薬物動態を長くすることが可能となる。
