There is disclosed a process for treatment to avert enzymatic degradation and tissue degeneration of bovine pericardium tissue, used for making bioprosthesis for implant application, comprising the steps of collecting and harvesting raw bovine pericardial tissue； chemically cross-linking the rinsed tissue to generate fixed tissue； laser cutting said fixed tissue to produce tissue leaflet； chemically treating said tissue leaflet with AAS； chemically sterilising and storing the fixed bovine pericardium tissue to maintain the structural integrity and characteristics； and wherein all the above steps are carried out in a low-oxygen and controlled temperature environment.L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement pour prévenir la dégradation enzymatique et la dégénérescence tissulaire du tissu péricardique bovin, utilisé pour fabriquer une bioprothèse pour une application d'implantation, comprenant les étapes de collecte et de récolte de tissu péricardique bovin brut ； de réticulation chimique du tissu rincé pour générer un tissu fixé ； de découpe au laser dudit tissu fixé pour produire un feuillet de tissu ； de traitement chimique dudit feuillet de tissu par AAS ； de stérilisation chimique et de stockage du tissu de péricarde bovin fixé pour maintenir l'intégrité structurale et les caractéristiques structurales ； et toutes les étapes ci-dessus étant réalisées dans un environnement à faible teneur en oxygène et à température contrôlée.
