COMPOSITION DESTINÉE AU TRAITEMENT D'UN PATIENT SOUFFRANT D'UNE MALADIE DES VOIES RESPIRATOIRES ASSOCIÉE À DES INFLAMMATIONS CHRONIQUES ET PROCÉDÉ DE PRODUCTION ET UTILISATION DE LADITE COMPOSITION
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zusammensetzung zur Behandlung eines Patienten, der an einer mit chronischen Entzündungen einhergehenden Atemwegserkrankung leidet, wobei die Zusammensetzung mindestens ein DNAzym umfasst, das die Expression von GATA-3 spezifisch herunterreguliert und/oder mindestens ein DNAzym umfasst, das die Expression von Tbet spezifisch herunterreguliert. Die Zusammensetzung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konzentration des DNAzyms in der Zusammensetzung niedriger als 75 mg/ml ist.
