The present invention relates to a device for connecting an elongated member inside the patient . The apparatus includes a receiving portion and a body having a fastening for fastening the support structure , such as a spine member for receiving the elongated member . Receiving portion is formed of a size to accommodate the long member in a first orientation . When securing the elongated member within the receiving portion is in the second orientation device is turning around the elongated member . This turning movement tightening portion is more firmly attached to the support structure .본 발명은 환자 내부에 긴 부재를 연결하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 장치는 긴 부재를 수용하는 수용부 및, 척추 부재와 같은 지지 구조체를 체결하는 체결부를 가지는 몸체를 포함한다. 수용부는 제1 배향에서 긴 부재를 수용하는 크기로 형성된다. 수용부 내에 긴 부재를 고정시키면 장치는 긴 부재 주위로 제2 배향으로 선회된다. 이러한 선회이동으로 체결부는 더욱 단단하게 지지 구조체에 부착한다.
