The present invention provides a method of support and fastening two vertebral bodies of spine and a structure thereof. The invention is applicable on vertebral bodies of thoracic vertebra, lumbar vertebra, etc. for supporting two adjacent vertebral bodies so that two adjacent vertebral bodies can maintain a specified interval. The invented method comprises: inserting a hollowed support member into a clearance between the two adjacent vertebral bodies from an arbitrary side (e.g. left or right side of spine)； inserting a positioning member into a lateral side of the two adjacent vertebral bodies from the same side (e.g. left or right side of human body), in which the center of positioning member is formed with a through aperture, the two ends of positioning member are separately installed with a panel corresponding to the side of each vertebral body, each panel extends towards the side direction of vertebral body, and the front edge of panel is formed with a blade part. When the positioning member receives a force, the blade part on the front edge of each panel separately inserts into the side of the corresponding vertebral body until the whole panel is inserted into the side of corresponding vertebral body； piercing a fastening member through the through aperture from the same side for fastening the support member so that the positioning member and the support member combine into one body.
