The invention provides a method and an arrangement for sterilization of chamber, rooms or defined space with pulsed UV laser, ozone and UV light and further storage of items in the sterilized space. According to the method, the sterilized space is continuously monitored for the sterilizing process, sterilized equipments, sterilization level and protocol and the sterilization efficiency in terms of percentage and time by an integrated computer program. The program can be initialized for sterilization locally or remotely.
