The fluid supply manifold (50) 5 includes two or more connection ports (54, 56, 58, 60) for receipt of sources of fluid supply by either bulk sources or sources contained within canisters. The manifold (50) may include a mixing chamber (64) for mixing the various sources of fluids within the manifold (50) or may include flow tubes (62) for providing the sources of fluid directly to the surgical instrument (12) to be mixed within the surgical instrument (12). Control 1o valves (74, 76, 78, 80) are associated with each of the connection ports (54, 56, 58, 60) to control the flow of fluids through the manifold (50).
