PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification circuit panel capable of constituting a blood purification circuit by preparing a panel in which other components or the like are previously built in, and easily and reliably fitting a tube to the panel.SOLUTION: A blood purification circuit panel comprises: a panel formed of two bonded sheets； a first connection part that constitutes a part of the blood purification circuit, one end of which is positioned at a part of an outer periphery of the panel and that is disposed clamped by the respective sheets； a second connection part, one end of which is positioned at the other part of the outer periphery of the panel and that is disposed clamped by the respective sheets； and a first tube that is disposed between the first connection part and the second connection part and fitted to the other end of the first connection part and the other end of the second connection part. A second tube to be disposed at the outer peripheral side of the panel, is fitted to the one end of the first connection part.
