This equipment case closing structure 1 is provided with: an equipment case 10 having a terminal block 13 disposed therein; a shield connector 20 that has a work access opening 25, holds a terminal fitting 32 and is attached to the equipment case 10; a seal cover 40 that is attached to the shield connector 20 and closes the work access opening 25; and a stud bolt 14 that connects the terminal block 13 and the terminal fitting 32. The seal cover 40 is provided with a cover main body 41 that is fitted to the shield connector 20. The cover main body 41 is provided with: a vent hole 55 that penetrates from a fitting surface 42F1, which faces the inner side of the equipment case 10 in a state of being fitted to the shield connector 20, to a shell fixing surface 42F2 facing the outer side; and a breathable film 57 that is waterproof and breathable, and is disposed so as to close the vent hole 55. A part of the vent hole 55 is a bolt receiving section 51 for receiving therein the tip of the stud bolt 14.
