PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged instant egg-drop soup with noodles for microwave cooking, in order to obtain, with microwave cooking, the dish of an egg-drop soup with noodles in which noodles are soaked in a vegetable ingredient-containing soup and an egg coagulation is put as topping, and in more details, having a crispy and evenly seasoned texture of vegetable ingredients, and allowing to obtain with microwave cooking, the dish of an egg-drop soup with noodles with puffy texture of an egg coagulation.
SOLUTION: The packaged instant egg-drop soup with noodles for microwave cooking is obtained by placing and holding raw vegetables 4, noodles 5 thereon, and on the top, a crushed gelatin soup solidified product 6 of 0.2-3 cm size, embedded with an egg coagulation 7, from a bottom side in a covered container 3.
