The present invention relates to an artificial knee joint replacement structure for connecting a femur and a tibia, which comprises a first base, a first replacement part, a second base, a second replacement part and an artificial meniscus. The first base and the second base are respectively fixed to the femur and the tibia, and the first replacement part and the second replacement part are respectively detachably fixed on the first base and the second base. The artificial meniscus is arranged between the first replacement part and the second replacement part. As such, the first replacement part, the artificial meniscus and the second replacement part are served as the abrasive surface for the motion of artificial knee joint.
