PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing porous bioceramic particles and the porous particles manufactured by the same are provided to have an egg shape which effectively absorbs and disperses impacts and a structure which helps communication between inside and outside by pores existing on a surface. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing porous bioceramic particles comprises the following steps: manufacturing bioceramic slurry which includes bioceramic powder, a binder, a dispersing agent, and a mediator； coating the bioceramic slurry on a sponge surface with a thickness of 1-2 mm； forming a green body by drying the mediator in the coated bioceramic slurry at 80-90 deg. Celsius； and sintering the green body. The bioceramic powder is selected from a group consisting of hydroxyl apatite, fluoridated hydroxyl apatite, tricalcium phosphate, biphasic calcium phosphate, alumina, zirconina, silica, and bioglass.본 발명은 다공성 생체세라믹 입자의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 다공성 입자에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 생체세라믹 슬러리를 스폰지에 충분한 양을 코팅시키고, 급격히 빠른 건조과정을 통해 기존 스폰지 복제법을 개선시킴으로써 별도의 인위적인 파쇄 과정이 필요치 않고, 속이 비어 있으며 구형의 구조로 충격을 효과적으로 흡수, 분산할 수 있는 외형(Egg shape)을 가지고 있음과 동시에 표면에 존재하는 기공(pore, window)으로 비어 있는 내부와 외부가 소통할 수 있는 구조를 가지는 다공성 생체세라믹 입자의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 다공성 입자에 관한 것이다.
