PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning including physical properties allowing to place on a food as a seasoning object, and allowing to obtain crispy palate feeling of vegetables.SOLUTION: The seasoning includes dried vegetables and a thickener. The quantity of the dried vegetables is 6-19% compared to the total quantity in a state before absorbing water, and the ingredient part after adjusting is 60-98% compared to the total quantity.
