A manufacturing instrument for edible pellets comprises an ingredient bucket, a transmission apparatus, a pellet generator and a pellet container, wherein the ingredient bucket comprises a stored edible material. The transmission apparatus is connected with the ingredient bucket and utilized for transporting the edible material to the pellet generator. The pellet generator includes a pellet-generating pipe, a clamping device and a transmission mechanism, wherein the pellet-generating pipe comprises a coupling section, a clamping section, and an output section. The coupling section is coupled with the transmission apparatus, and the output section comprises a nozzle. The clamping device comprises a first clamping member and a second clamping member, the first clamping member comprises a first clamping surface, the second clamping member comprises a second clamping surface, and the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface are in contact with the clamping section of the pellet-generating pipe. The transmission mechanism may actuate the clamping device to enable the first clamping member and the second clamping member to clip the clamping section of the pellet-generating pipe.
