[Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a medical cutting tool and a medical cutting tool that will not rust and that is capable of stably demonstrating high strength. [Solution] A working section (2) formed by a cemented carbide or ceramic is brazed to the tip of a shank part (1) formed by a round bar-shaped austenitic stainless steel, thereby constituting a cutting tool (A). The shank part (1) comprises a shank (1a), a neck (1b), and a joint (1c) to which the working section (2) is brazed. At least part of the stainless steel near the joint (1c) of the neck (1b) and in the joint (1c) has a fiber-like structure. The structure of the stainless steel in the joint (1c) on the working section (2) side has a granular structure.L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un outil de coupe médical et un outil de coupe médical qui ne rouillera pas et qui peut faire preuve invariablement d'une résistance élevée. Une section de travail (2) formée par un carbure cémenté ou une céramique cémentée est brasée sur la pointe d'une partie tige (1), formée par un acier inoxydable austénitique en forme de barre ronde, permettant ainsi de constituer un outil de coupe (A). La partie tige (1) comporte une tige (1a), un col (1b) et un joint (1c) sur lequel la section de travail (2) est brasée. Au moins une partie de l'acier inoxydable près du joint (1c) du col (1b) et dans le joint (1c) présente une structure de type fibreuse. La structure de l'acier inoxydable dans le joint (1c) du côté de la section de travail (2) présente une structure granulaire.【課題】錆が発生する虞がなく且つ高い強度を安定して発揮することができる医療用切削器具を製造する方法と医療用切削具を提供する。 【解決手段】丸棒状のオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼によって形成されたシャンク部１の先端に超硬合金又はセラミックスによって形成された作業部２をロウ付けして構成する切削器具Ａであって、シャンク部１は、シャンク１ａと、ネック１ｂと、作業部２をロウ付けする接合座１ｃとを有して構成され、ネック１ｂの接合座１ｃ近傍及び接合座１ｃに於ける少なくとも一部のステンレス鋼は、ファイバー状の組織を有している。接合座１ｃに於けるステンレス鋼は、作業部２側の組織が粒状組織である。
