PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion assist device that can finely adjust a movable range of a joint.SOLUTION: A motion assist device 4 is worn in a portion including a users joint and assists the motion of the joint, and includes a mechanical stopper 50 for limiting a movable range of the joint.
