A bendable sliding exercise board includes a first supporting board, a second supporting board and a flexible connector. The first supporting board has a first top side and a roller rotatably installed. The second supporting board and the first supporting board are spaced apart by a swing distance. The second supporting board has a second top side for providing a supporting plane in conjunction with the first top side of the first supporting board, a roller seat pivotally mounted and a roller rotatably connected to the roller seat. The flexible connector connects the first supporting board and the second supporting board. When the second supporting board moves laterally, the flexible connector restricts the swing movement of the second supporting board relative to the first supporting board within the swing distance.
