The present invention relates to a method for producing bio carbonated Jeju lava seawater through biological processes, and to a cosmetic composition using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing bio carbonated Jeju lava seawater, which includes a step of producing carbonic acid gas after undergoing a primary aerobic culture and a secondary anaerobic culture in Jeju lava seawater using yeast fungus isolated from Jeju island malt. The present invention further relates to a cosmetic composition containing the bio carbonated Jeju lava seawater as an active ingredient.
