PURPOSE: A multi-coated carbon dioxide generation capsule is provided to safely generate carbon dioxide without directly contacting carbonate and organic acids onto the skin, to regulate the pH concentration of the remaining salts after generating carbon dioxide, and to reduce skin irritation by minimizing the content of unreacted carbonate and organic acids.CONSTITUTION: A multi-coated carbon dioxide generation capsule (10) comprises: a first reactant core (11) for generating carbon dioxide to be able to adjust a pH concentration a primary coating layer (12) which surrounds the first reactant core a second reactant coating layer (13) which surrounds the primary coating layer and generates carbon dioxide and a secondary coating layer (14) which surrounds the second reactant coating layer. The first and second reactants are one of organic acids and carbonate.
