An internal combustion engine driven device which for purposes of describing this embodiment may be an electrical energy generator. The internal combustion engine may be a four stroke, two stroke with appropriate oil injection, single cylinder air or liquid cooled engine, though larger types of engines may be utilized as desired for particular applications. The internal combustion engine may have an inertial or pull type starter to initiate operation thereof and such engines are readily available. In accordance with the principals of the present invention a mounting plate is adjacent the engine and is coupled thereto in any suitable location such as to the crankcase or other portion of the internal combustion engine so that the mounting plate receives both heat from the internal combustion engine and is vibrated by the vibration of the engine.Linvention concerne un dispositif commandé par un moteur à combustion interne pouvant être, dans un mode de réalisation, un générateur dénergie électrique.
