A toothbrush (10) includes a head (14) having multiple cleaning elements (18, 22). One group of the cleaning elements (18) is mounted on a movable portion (17) of the head (14) and another group (22) may be fixedly mounted on the head (14). The movable portion (17) of the head is attached by a flexible membrane (20) to the fixed portion (15) of the head so that the membrane (20) is capable of flexing to alter its original orientation during use of the toothbrush and then recover to the original orientation randomly during use.Linvention concerne une brosse à dents comprenant une tête comportant de multiples éléments de nettoyage.
