PURPOSE: A processing method of forest products and wild herbs is provided to prevent decoloration and freezing of a water soluble component of the cell wall of the forest products and wild herbs. CONSTITUTION: Boiling water with a 0.1-3% salt concentration is prepared in an apparatus. Off-grade forest products and wild herbs are boiled for more than five minutes in the boiling water. The off-grade forest products and wild herbs are removed from water. General forest products and wild herbs are placed in the boiling water and boiled in the boiling water from which the off-grade forest products and wild herbs are removed. The boiled general forest products and wild herbs are cooled at -5 degrees Celsius. The frozen general forest products and wild herbs are washed and sterilized. The washed and sterilized general forest products and wild herbs are rinsed.
