PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Sushi for solving vegetable insufficiency as a disadvantage of Sushi.SOLUTION: Sushi is for solving vegetable insufficiency by taking vitamin C by adding laver, beefsteak leaves, perilla, and radish leaves to Sushi side-dish cooking, and for the other vegetables, using avocado as the Sushi ingredient. The Sushi can be deliciously eaten similarly to just hand-rolled Sushi by quickly freezing the Sushi and quickly thawing by using a microwave oven. Sushi vinegared rice balls at 70 degrees Celsius without spoiling the taste of vinegared rice can be made by heating frozen Sushi vinegared rice balls for 2 minutes by using a microwave oven, and thawing. Delicious Sushi can be made by overlapping frozen Sushi ingredients on the Sushi vinegared rice balls at 70 degrees Celsius thawed by heating, and heating for 30-40 seconds using a microwave oven in the case of thawing the frozen Sushi ingredients.
