PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Sushi including flavor vegetables containing a lot of nutrients by a method for solving the problems that as a defect of Sushi, a used amount of vegetables is extremely small, and when thinking of a nutrient balance of entire Sushi, the use and quantity of vegetables matching to Sushi become problems.SOLUTION: The insufficiency of vegetables is solved by eating Sushi having avocado as the ingredient, drinking green juice made from parsley as a vegetable king said in EU nations, perilla, Japanese radish leaves, spinach, broccoli and okra, or cooking the materials and eating as side-dish. Frozen rolled Sushi of 8 pieces for one person can be thawed in about 3 minutes. Since frozen Sushi vinegared rice balls can be thawed by heating for 2 minutes in a microwave oven, it is possible to make delicious Sushi vinegared rice balls without spoiling the taste of Sushi vinegared rice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】寿司の欠点として野菜の使用量が非常に少なく、寿司全体の栄養バランスを考える場合、寿司に合う野菜の使用とその分量が問題になる。その方法として栄養分を多く含んでいる香味野菜を含む寿司を提供。【解決手段】アボカドをネタにした寿司や、EU諸国で野菜の王様と言われているパセリ、紫蘇、大根の葉、ほうれん草、ブロッコリー、イクラ等を青汁にして飲むか、又はそれらを調理して付け合せにして食べれば野菜不足は解消される。冷凍握り寿司は1人前8貫3分前後で解凍することが出来るのである。冷凍寿司シャリ玉は電子レンジを使用して2分加熱すれば解凍できるので寿司シャリの味を損なうことは無く、美味しい寿司シャリ玉が出来る。【選択図】図1
