PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly transfer assisting device between a bed and a wheelchair which can assist a care-giver when moving a care-receiver between a bed and a wheelchair with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A transfer assisting device between a bed and a wheelchair comprises: a first support body 10 inserted into a fitting hole 230 provided in a frame 220 of a bed 200 a head part 20 having a first tubular body part 21 which is implanted downward and into which the first support body 10 is rotatably inserted, and a second support body 22 fitted at a position deflected from an axis of the first support body 10 in a direction orthogonal to the first support body 10 a substantially dog-leg shaped slide plate 30 which is fitted to the second support body 22, places a care-receiver thereon when moving the care-receiver between a bed and a wheelchair, and disposes its most portions on a bed while its tip rotates so as to be placed on a seating face 310 of a wheelchair 300 and a restriction mechanism 80 for restricting the rotation of the slide plate 30 in a direction separating an edge of the slide plate on the bed side from the bed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡易な構成で被介助者がベッドと車椅子との間を移動する際の介助者の介助の補助を行うことができる使い勝手のよいベッド車椅子間移動補助装置を提供する。【解決手段】ベッド200のフレーム220に設けられた取り付け穴230に挿入される第1の支持体10と、下方に向けて植設され、第1の支持体10が回動自在に挿入される第1の管状体部21を有するとともに、第1の支持体10の軸から偏奇した位置で第1の支持体10に直交する方向に取り付けられた第2の支持体22を有するヘッド部20と、第2の支持体22に取り付けられ、被介助者をベッドと車椅子との間で移動させる際に、被介助者が載置され、その先端が車椅子300の座面310上に乗るように回動した状態で、その多くの部分がベッド上にあるようにした略くの字形状の滑り板30と、滑り板30のベッド側の縁がベッド上から離れる方向の回動を規制する規制機構80を具備する。【選択図】 図1
