PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood treatment apparatus, even when ultrasonic welding of a sealing part between a blood port and a housing is incomplete, preventing removal of the blood port from the housing.SOLUTION: A housing 2 includes an ultrasonic welding part 2UW and a removal prevention part projections (2KT and 2KTP) at a distal (proximal) end DE side. A blood port inlet 5.1 (an outlet 5.2) includes a removal prevention part projections (5KT and 5KTP) and an ultrasonic welding part 5UW at a distal (proximal) end side. In the ultrasonic welding, the ultrasonic welding part 2UW of the housing 2 and the ultrasonic welding part 5UW of the blood port inlet 5.1 (the outlet 5.2) are welded.
