PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector, which prevents inflow of washing water to a throat tube side in washing of a suction catheter regardless of the suitability of an operators operation, and a suction catheter device provided with the same.SOLUTION: The connector 1 includes: an inner cylinder portion 10 to which the suction catheter 22 is inserted an outer cylinder portion 16 having a first port 11 connected to the throat tube, a second port 12 to which the inner cylinder portion 10 is movably installed, and a washing port 13 to which washing water is supplied and which is opened and closed by the insertion of the inner cylinder portion 10 and a valve element portion 20 provided in the inside of the outer cylinder portion 16 closer to the tip beyond the washing port 13.
