PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for low temperature sterilization of particulates by atmospheric pressure air plasma, without use of high-temperature high-pressure steam or noble gas.SOLUTION: Particulates are fed and circulated in a separation unit including a cyclone for powder and several pieces of nozzles arranged around the outer periphery thereof for irradiation of atmospheric pressure air plasma, being irradiated with plasma.
