PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for low temperature sterilization of particulates by atmospheric pressure air plasma, without use of high-temperature high-pressure steam or noble gas.SOLUTION: Particulates are fed and circulated in a separation unit including a cyclone for powder and several pieces of nozzles arranged around the outer periphery thereof for irradiation of atmospheric pressure air plasma, being irradiated with plasma. An inner cylindrical antenna 21 and a partition antenna 22 are provided inside the unit, so that more effective continuous irradiation for a prolonged time can be performed through gradual gaps for sterilization and modification.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】高温高圧蒸気や希ガスを使うことなく大気圧空気プラズマによる粉粒体の低温殺菌装置を提供する。【解決手段】粉体用サイクロンとその外周に大気圧空気プラズマ照射用ノズルが数個で構成された分離装置で、投入され周界する粉粒体にプラズマが照射される。又、内部に円筒アンテナ21と仕切りアンテナ22を設けてより効果的に長時間連続照射が行われるよう段階的間隙により殺菌、改質が行える。【選択図】図1
