PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic capable of keeping or improving a feeling of compatibility in applying, smoothness in rinsing, smoothness in applying, good finger-combing properties, and setting properties in drying.SOLUTION: A vesicle composition contains (A) a straight-chain fatty acid, (B) a tertiary amine compound with a predetermined structure, (C) a 1-8C organic acid, and wherein a continuous phase formed from water is an aqueous phase.
