PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vesicle composition that can be contained in a stable spherocrystal (vesicle) by using a specific tertiary amine and a straight-chain fatty acid even for an amino acid derivative being a water-soluble beneficial agent having electric charges.SOLUTION: The vesicle composition whose continuous phase is a water phase is a vesicle composition which includes components (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) and water, and vesicles whose average particle diameter is 1-20 μm. The content of the component (B) is 90 mass% or more against the entire fatty acid having the number of carbons of 14-24 included in the vesicle composition.
