PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a domperidone-containing oral liquid preparation having ease for patients to take by reducing unpleasant taste caused when domperidone is formulated, because it is found that the unpleasant taste caused by domperidone is enhanced in an acidic region to cause the worsening of ease for patents to take, in the trial of the proposal of the oral liquid preparation in the acidic region in which the solubility of domperidone is high and domperidone can stably be formulated when providing the oral liquid preparation formulated with domperidone.SOLUTION: The oral liquid preparation includes (a) domperidone and (b) guar gum, and has a pH of 2.5-7.0.
