PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottled beverage eliminated with salty taste accompanied by sliminess derived from a sodium salt having been used in conventional bottled beverages and peculiar tastes inherent in potassium and calcium salts while mitigating acidity caused by pH level drop caused by heat sterilization and during distribution and preservation periods.SOLUTION: In the bottled beverage, the contents contain at least one basic amino acid, wherein the content of the basic amino acid is such an amount that: the pH level of the contents after undergoing heat sterilization in the presence of the base falls within a predetermined range, and the basic amino acid is of a liberated form.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】加熱殺菌や流通及び保存のための期間において生じるpH低下による酸味を緩和しつつ、容器詰め飲料に用いられてきたナトリウム塩由来のぬめりを伴う「塩味(えんみ)」や、カリウム塩やカルシウム塩の有する特有の味が解消された、容器詰め飲料を提供する。【解決手段】内容物が少なくとも1種の塩基性アミノ酸を含む塩基を含み、その際、塩基性アミノ酸の含有量は該塩基の存在下で加熱殺菌した後の内容物pHが所定範囲になるような量であり、かつ塩基性アミノ酸は遊離形態のものであることを特徴とする、容器詰め飲料。【選択図】なし
