PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop venous reflux limit for an abnormal state, by adequately removing noise resulting from exercise, thereby measuring accurate pulsation rate and blood pressure during exercise involving muscular strength training.SOLUTION: VRC cuffs 3 are attached to the basis parts of limbs and tightly fastened to them. Upon driving a motor pump 2, compressed air is fed to the VRC cuffs 3 and pressure is applied to the upper arms and lower limbs. The air pressure of the VRC cuffs 3 that changes with the pulsation of a wearer is converted into an electric signal by a pressure sensor 4, and the component of a specific band is extracted by a band pass filter 7. It is amplified by an amplifier 8 and diode-detected by a detector 9 to extract a low-pass component by use of a low-pass filter 10. A pulse rate and a blood pressure are found by a control CPU 11. If the pulse rate and blood pressure exceed their respective predetermined ranges, an atmosphere opening valve 5 is opened via a drive circuit 13 for a pressure adjustment valve, and a venous reflux limit is stopped.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】運動によるノイズを十分に除去することによって、筋力トレーニングにおける運動時の正確な脈拍数と血圧を測定して異常時に静脈環流制限を停止する。
