The present invention relates to a method of producing a painted maple jam using painted maple sap, which comprises: a step of making hard-boiled rice with one or two or more cereals selected from rice, millet, hulled millet, brown rice, and corn； a step of making malt with one or more cereals selected from wheat and barley； a saccharification step of fermenting a mixture containing hard-boiled rice, the malt, and painted maple sap in a weight ratio of 3.2-4.2 : 0.5-1.2 : 0.9-5.0 at 25-40°；C for 15-26 hours； a step of placing the fermented hard-boiled rice produced in the saccharification step in a bag, and applying pressure thereto to obtain a painted maple saccharified liquid； and a step of heating the obtained painted maple saccharified liquid to produce a painted maple grain syrup.
