PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked domestic duck capable of improving the convenience of a cooking provider, also realizing the reduction of transport cost, the reduction of a storage area and the needlessness of waste cost.SOLUTION: As a first step, a series of skins 22 in which the meat of the back face has been peeled off are taken from a domestic duck 20. As a second step, while extending the taken series of skins 22 from the center to the direction X of the circumferences E, the vicinities of the circumferences E of the skins 22 are, from the back face 22b toward the surface 22a, abutted against respective both the edges of each skewer member 12 composing a skewer frame 10 in which a plurality of skewer members 12 whose both edges are sharp are arranged at intervals in vertical and horizontal directions, and the respective skewer members 12 are passed through the vicinities of the circumferences E of the skins 22, thus the whole of the series of skins 22 is held to an almost planar sheet shape. As the third step, the series of skins 22 held almost to a planar sheet shape are coated with sauce, is dried and is roasted.
