PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple agent type hair cosmetic composition which can improve mixing property and foam quality in the multiple agent type hair cosmetic composition which is applied to the hair as a foamy formulation by foaming upon shaking.SOLUTION: The multiple agent type hair cosmetic composition of the invention composed as a hair dye or hair bleaching/destaining agent contains an amphoteric surfactant, and is applied to the hair as a foamy formulation by foaming upon shaking. The hair cosmetic composition contains a first agent containing an alkali agent, a second agent containing an oxidant, and a third agent in solid state containing a cellulose type polymer.
