To provide an aerosol-type foam-like hair-dyeing/bleaching agent composition that retains a foam shape well before applied and breaks a foam rapidly after applied.
SOLUTION: The aerosol-type foam-like hair-dyeing/bleaching agent composition includes a first agent comprising an alkali agent and a propellent and a second agent comprising an oxidizing agent and a propellent and where the first agent contains (A1) an alkyl ether-type nonionic surfactant, (B) 0.2-10.0 mass% of a polyhydric alcohol, (C) 0.1-2.0 mass% of an alkenyl ether-type nonionic surfactant and (D) 0.1-4.0 mass% of at least one selected from among ammonium carbonate and ammonium chloride and urea while the second agent contains (A2) an alkyl ether-type nonionic surfactant and (E) 0.1-1.0 mass% of lanoline and the total content of (A1) and (A2) is 0.1-10.0 mass%.
