The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an expanded-type stent and an expanded-type stent manufactured by the same. According to the method of the present invention, a process for manufacturing the expanded-type stent can be very simple as the expanded-type stent is manufactured by using one jig and and, at the same time, formed to memorize the shape of the jig to have the shape of the jig by heat treatment of one time in an original condition that the expended-type stent is manufactured in the jig. Moreover, more wires constituting an expanded part can pass through a unit area of the expanded-type stent manufactured by the method of the present invention.
